Klauke and Greenlee tools have a two-year guarantee; for further information, please refer to our GTC under section 7.

There is also a limited, life-long guarantee of tools from the product range of Greenlee testing, measuring and inspection devices. You will find more information in the notes on the Greenlee lifetime warranty / guarantee (pdf).


Yes. Please send the defective device along with address details, telephone number, order number and copy invoice (in case of a warranty claim) to one of our Tool Service. More information on our repair site.

Sign the last page of the cost estimate and return it by fax or e-mail to the service department (see cost estimate for address).


Annual inspection, service every 3 years or after 10,000 crimpings.

Scrapping is free. For the return of faulty devices we charge a processing fee of 29,90 EUR excl. Shipping costs 12,90 EUR net + VAT.

Inspection: An inspection comprises only the general check and assessment of your tool, an input and output force measurement, tool clean and an oil change.


Service: A service comprises an inspection, as well as the preventative replacement of working piston seal, pump piston, seal, tank and the filter.
